ROLE DESCRIPTION:
David Perkins State Farm is searching for a customer service person who is an energetic, outgoing person who can create excellent experiences for our customers. As a customer care representative and asst office manager, your knowledge of insurance products and industry equips you to communicate directly with customers, empathize with their situation, and bring value to the agency by taking care of them. We want to create memorable experiences even when we are helping customers through difficult times or just every day interactions.
If you are energetic, self starting, hard working, detail oriented, personable, and have a great attitude this would be a great fit.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones, meet with customers, follow up on tasks, emails, and voicemails.
- Solve customer issues, answer questions, help with claims and billing issues, and create great experiences.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your office’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- customer service experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to effectively relate to customers.
- The ability to get licensed with property and casualty insurance.
Compensation: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
